Dear Interested Participants,

Our next free training session is expected to take place at the end of the school year on the Zoom platform. The exact date will be announced in May.

About the training:
The training consists of 4 × 45-minute sessions, providing an insight into the application possibilities and tools of the Mozgáskotta method.

Who is it for?
• Professionals/institutions considering introducing the method
• Those who already have Mozgáskotta tools but have not yet participated in our longer training programs

Application process:
The application requirements will be published later on our website. They will be available on the homepage and under the “Education” menu.

The maximum number of participants is 300.

Duration
20 hours total – two-day training
• 5 + 5 hours of theoretical instruction
• 5 + 5 hours of practical, experience-based activities

Location
• The training can be organized on-site upon request.
Travel costs are not reimbursed.

Theoretical part
• Overview illustrated with video examples
• Presentation of the different application areas of the Mozgáskotta method
• Special focus on movement-based development of cognitive functions and affective domains
• Introduction to the basics of designing and planning exercises using Mozgáskotta
• Written summary of the recommended exercises

Practical part
• Learning through hands-on, personal experience
• Sportswear is required

Participation requirements
• No prior experience is required
• The exercises are safe for individuals with healthy mobility and do not involve harmful physical strain
